Together, we will work to enhance your awareness and understanding of the way you experience yourself, the world, and others. Therapy also focuses on coping with your unique concerns and challenges and making meaningful change through recognition of your personal strengths and resources. My role as a counselor is to provide you with the tools, support and structure to help you move toward hope, growth and positive change, in the context of a safe, secure, and therapeutic relationship.
