Bio
Yu-Ting is a doctoral student in Counseling and Counselor Education at North Carolina State University. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, Taiwanese, and English, she brings a culturally responsive and gender-affirming lens to her work with clients from diverse backgrounds. Her counseling style integrates a Person-Centered approach with techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-Based Interventions (MBI), fostering a collaborative space for growth. Passionate about helping individuals navigate life transitions and strengthen interpersonal connections, Yu-Ting integrates her professional expertise with her personal passions. Outside of her work, she enjoys traveling, playing volleyball, creative writing, and expressive art creation.
