Resources for Students

What personal issues are on your mind?  The life of any college student may generate academic, emotional, and social concerns. Although such concerns are common, they may sometimes make it difficult to function. Recognizing that you may need help is the first step toward resolving any concern. However, as you prepare yourself to seek help, you may wish to research the concerns you have.

Our Resources section offers perspective, information, and suggestions related to personal issues many college students face. Online Screenings may help you clarify your concerns. Our Self Help section may give you information to start implementing changes. We also hope that you will connect with the many Campus Resources that are available to support your growth.
