Bio
Elizabeth Lancaster has been providing counseling services since 2011. She enjoys collaborating with students to get the opportunity to flourish while at NC State. She spent 2016-2020 providing counseling services in the Cayman Islands before heading back to her home state of North Carolina. She has been serving the population at NC State University since 2021. Elizabeth uses multiple modalities to provide individualized treatment with an emphasis in cognitive behavioral and solution focused brief therapy.
