Bio

Lauren is a trauma-informed clinician who has been practicing as a LCSW for nearly 15 years. Lauren worked within a wide range of settings including non profit agencies, and universities including UNCW and UNCG prior to landing at NC State (her alma mater – Go Pack!). Lauren’s clinical work is based on foundations of person-centered and strengths-based approaches, using integrative therapeutic techniques. She enjoys meeting folx of all ages, identities, and communities, and honors authenticity and people showing up uniquely as themselves. Lauren was born and raised in NC, loves humor, music, baking, and spending time with her spouse and corgi.
