Bio

Lee has 10 years of experience working with adolescents, teens and young adults. She understands the unique challenges facing young people in today’s cultural climate. She collaborates with students to focus on personal growth and to develop self-compassion and a sense of personal empowerment.

Lee is a certified resilience educator, helping trauma survivors manage stress and build resilience. She has specialized training in suicide risk assessment and intervention. She helps students experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns such as; anxiety, depression, eating disorders, self-harm, questioning identity, relationship conflict, grief and loss. Lee is also a certified yoga instructor, YTT 200. Lee welcomes clients from all backgrounds and identities, with the purpose of providing a safe space to explore personal concerns and struggles. She offers a client-centered approach focused on realizing human potential and supporting self-discovery through empathetic, non-judgmental techniques.
