CeErra Davis
Clinician, African American Cultural Center & Multicultural Student Affairs
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Bio
CeErra Davis is a licensed clinical social worker and NC State alumna who knows what it’s like to search for a place to belong. A former military kid, she found her footing in places where she didn’t always see herself reflected, and she’s made it her work to help students find theirs. As the embedded counselor at the African American Cultural Center and Multicultural Student Affairs, she supports students through anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions with culturally affirming, trauma-informed, strengths-based care. Before returning to campus, she worked in the emergency department, psychiatric hospitals, private practice, and nonprofits serving teens of color, and she’s comfortable working with people at every stage, from crisis to everyday stress.
