Bio
Originally from Georgia, I have moved to Raleigh to pursue my Ph.D. in counselor education/supervision after receiving my master’s in Alfred, New York, in 2026. I draw on my experience in community mental health and mobile crisis intervention units to inform and guide my counseling approach. My interests include thought and personality disorders as well as interpersonal/relationship communication. I believe in a rational emotive and behavioral-styled approach to help draw on an individual’s strengths and hone their resilience to reduce distress and foster community.
